We are professionally certified by the Department of Environmental Protection to perform radon testing. Our inspectors are also qualified Risk Assessors for the Department of Labor and Industry. Certified by the State of Pennsylvania, our team is qualified to perform both asbestos and lead inspections.
Because we believe everyone should live in a safe and healthy home, we also specialize in working with Federal and State funded Home Rehabilitation Programs. The whole home inspection process involves performing an initial house inspection and completing a Scope-of-Work (SOW) to fit in the guidelines of the program, typically addressing all home safety and accessibility concerns. Then follows a series of progress inspections, including written reports, final inspection, and all applicable hazard clearances.
